REMEMBERING RED A Tribute to Red Skelton
Brian Hoffman’s “Remembering Red - A Tribute to Red Skelton” is a nostalgic trip down memory lane as Hoffman performs the jokes and routines that made Skelton famous. Born in Vincennes, IN in 1913, Skelton was the son of a circus clown, and later became a popular American comedian best known as a radio and television star from 1937-1971. Skelton’s show business career began as a teenager while he followed in his father’s oversized shoes and performed as a circus clown. His career spans screen to stage to airwaves, with performances in vaudeville, Broadway, films, radio, TV, and night clubs.
