Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani is Executive Chef and Owner of Café Firenze, Italian Restaurant and Martini Bar in Moorpark, CA and Firenze Osteria, Italian Restaurant and Martini Bar, in Toluca Lake, CA. He has had an incredibly successful life in America; he made his first appearance on television in the hit show, Top Chef Season 5 and made it to the finals. But even better, he was voted Fan Favorite for the Season 5 from the voters. Fabio will be hosting audience participation cooking demonstration and will be preparing some of his signature dishes.
